The spreadsheet is designed to retrieve all index constituents, their weights, number of shares, prices, and the index
divisor from Bloomberg along with all the announced gross and net dividends.
In columns F and G on the Index tab the custom function DividendPoints calculates the dividend points which each constituent contributes on a gross and net basis for the period defined by the Start and End dates. The other tab - Divs contains the raw dividend data retrieved from Bloomberg.
The following Bloomberg fields are used: INDX_MWEIGHT_PX, INDX_DIVISOR, DVD_HIST_ALL, EQY_DVD_HIST_GROSS,
