vf_GetOption Function

Returns an Option Price Data array containing Last, Change, Open, High, Low, Volume, Contract Range, Bid, Ask, Time, Open Interest, Strike, and Expiry.

Syntax

vf_GetOption(Symbol[, Item])

The vf_GetOption function syntax has these parts:

Part Description
Symbol Required; String. A valid option Symbol. Follows Yahoo!Finance naming conventions.
Item Optional; String. Can be one of the following: Last, Change, Open, High, Low, Volume, Contract Range, Bid, Ask, Time, Open Interest, Strike, Expiry
If Item is none of the above the list of available items is returned. Otherwise the respective Item's value is returned.
If Item is omitted the full array is returned.
